Infrared Function Tester
- To test various parameters involving IR Receiver Module IC along side with an Automatic Handler or a Manual handler.
- Provide excitation such IR light irradiation up to 100 kHz.
- Measure output parameters such as pulse width, pulse count, voltage and current.
- Communicate and control two handlers at the same time, which are running in parallel.
